Megabus and Bolt Bus


Megabus and Bolt Bus

Both the Megabus and the Bolt Bus are low priced, luxury buses that run to major cities such as Philadelphia. Both bus lines have no terminal and you must buy your tickets online on their websites. They do not have apps for tix. You'll get a confirmation page to your email. Show the confirmation number to the bus driver.

Both bus lines have wi-fi and charging power.

Megabus

  1. Megabus has only one pickup and dropoff point in Manhattan. There are four stops that run right in a row along 34th street between 11th and 12th avenue. You'll see the side of the Javitz Center across the street, running along 34th street.
  2. Megabus is blue
  3. It arrives at the 30th street station in Philadelphia

Bolt Bus

Bolt Bus has three locations in New York City. One of them is reported incorrectly on the web, in Google Maps, and some printed materials
  1. 37th Street and 12th Avenue (not 33rd)
  2. 101 6th Ave, NY 10014
  3. 672 1st Ave, NY 10016
